    I arrived at the Comfort Inn early but staff were very accommodating and the room was ready so they let me in before the check in time. Coffee awaited us in the lobby and staff were very friendly. The room was a little stuffy when I first entered but after the A/C was on for a few minutes it was fine. Airplanes fly over the hotel but it wasn't a problem as the room was very comfy. In the AM there wasn't much of a selection of food when I went to the dining area but when I came back within an hour to check out the food had been replenished and very tasty! Staff were very helpful and willing to help. I enjoyed my stay and it would be my first choice again if the need arose! Linda

    This hotel is a nice place to stay for a couple nights. nothing fancy, but a decent free breakfast and right next to the airport.

    We did not have a good experience here. There were two women working the front desk when we arrived one was helping a customer and one was chatting with a friend. We were in the rooms across the driveway from the main building. Our room was musty, the bathroom fixtures were old, and the carpet needed to be replaced. It was very noisy because of air traffic, but we were there for the short drive to the airport the following morning. At roughly 2 AM the hotel clerk checked another family in to our room. Good thing we had on the deadbolt. As it was I had to get up to explain to them that they couldn't have our room because we were already there. Buffet breakfast was typical - we had to leave by 4:30 so the entire buffet wasn't available, but it was fine. The only benefit to the hotel was that we could park there for the duration of the trip for a small amount - I think it was $* - and the hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up. The shuttle driver was friendly. Even for the parking convenience I would never stay there again.

    We made the decision to fly out of Rochester for our trip to Florida. This was perfect. Its not a resort/spa but it was very clean; the staff was friendly and in terms of airport access...you can"t beat it. A 5 minute shuttle and we were on our way. And I might add that it was nice to be able to leave our car for the week and be welcomed back by the shuttle a week later...Bravo
