  IF YOU GET IN AFTER 11:00 pm IT WILL COST YOU $* PLUS TIP TO GET TO HOTEL. iT IS NOT AS CLOSE TO AIRPORT AS MANY OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST. IT WILL COST ABOUT $*. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE TO HAVE BREAKFAST FRONT DESK WAS NOT RESPONSIVE WHEN I ASK QUESTIONS, (THEY WILL CALL ME BACK TO TELL ME HOW TO GET AN OUTSIDE TELEPHONE LINE). THE INFORMATION ON THE PHONE WAS NOT CORRECT. I ASK FOR DIRECTIONS TO THE AIRPORT. THE DIRECTIONS, (PRINTED OUT) WAS NOT CORRECT. I WILL NEVER USE TRAVELOCITY AGAIN. THIS WAS NOT A BARGAIN. I STAYED IN A HYATT THIS PAST WEEK-WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

  We booked the Radisson airport hotel in Rochester, NY. The Air/Heating system in the room was extremely noisy. Also, there were people (not all guests) having a social event in the hallway next to our room all through the night. When I called the front desk to complain they said they would send someone. The noise continued. When I complained again during check out the next morning, the clerk told me that it was a local hockey team and that all they could do is ask them to be courteous. If they don't listen there is nothing else they could do. I do not blame Travel online for this poor service.

  The staff was extremely polite, the room very clean and we tried the sleep numbers of the mattress. A lot of fun figuring it out, but we could not tell really when we changed the numbers, if the hardness of the mattress changed. We are not related to the Princess and the Pea! Breakfast was plenty and tasty in the Baxter Restaurant, part of the hotel. We will be going back when the need arises.

  Stayed on 2 different nites, one nite had a comfortable bed, the other was a smaller room than expected and only a double bed for 2.

  It was nice and clean when we got there and for the first few days then they didn't clean are rooms very well,or leave fresh towels. They said they had a gym but when we got there it wasn't in service.
